Gluten Free Raspberry Ti-, sorry, Tarts!

So I made up a ‘thing’, using a gluten free shortcrust pastry recipe (using Doves Farm gf flour), rolling it into balls, squishing them, dinting them with me thumb, and putting a blob of homegrown, homemade raspberry jam in the middle. And then I had the bright idea of popping a fresh raspberry on top before baking for 20 mins at 180*C. Result…

… Raspberry tits. 

They were, ironically, a lot more pert when the were still cold.

I might not be joining the WI quite yet…
